As Director of Finance, Bela Daruwala manages internal and external financial reporting, coordinates annual audits with external auditors, and tracks the annual budget. Before arriving at the PCAOB, Ms. Daruwala was Director of Accounting at Medimmune, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed public company. She previously worked as Corporate Controller at Panoramic Communications LLC, Assistant Controller at Startec Global Communication Inc., and Manager of Financial Reporting at Snyder Communication Inc. Ms. Daruwala spent several years at Nortel Communication Systems in various financial reporting positions. She began her career as an accountant at Tata Unisys Ltd.

Ms. Daruwala graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University in Bombay, India. She is a certified public accountant.
