William F. Wiggins is PCAOB Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and has responsibility for the finance, budget, facilities, and travel and procurement functions. He joined the Board in May 2006 as Budget Officer, taking responsibility for all matters relating to the formulation, presentation, and justification of the PCAOB budgets and strategic planning activities, and was Assistant CAO and Budget Director prior to his current position.
Before joining the PCAOB, Mr. Wiggins spent eight years with the Securities and Exchange Commission, most recently as the Chief Management Analyst in the Office of the Executive Director. Prior to that, he worked for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
Mr. Wiggins holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
