As Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, William F. Wiggins is responsibile for the finance, budget, facilities, travel and procurement functions at the PCAOB. Previously, he was Assistant CAO and Budget Director. Mr. Wiggins joined the Board in May 2006 as Budget Officer.

Before joining the PCAOB, Mr. Wiggins spent eight years with the Securities and Exchange Commission, most recently as the Chief Management Analyst in the Office of the Executive Director. Mr. Wiggins also worked for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.

Mr. Wiggins earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
