Kent Bonham, Director of the Office of Government Relations, oversees PCAOB relations with the U.S. Congress, as well as various federal and state government agencies. He joined the PCAOB in May 2007, after six years with Clark & Weinstock, Inc., a corporate advisory, lobbying, and consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Earlier, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director to Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, a member of the Senate Banking Committee.

Mr. Bonham received a B.A. from Colby College and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
