Kent Bonham joined the PCAOB in May 2007, after six years with Clark & Weinstock, Inc., a corporate advisory, lobbying, and consulting firm in Washington, D.C. At Clark & Weinstock, Kent worked on numerous banking, accounting, and financial services issues. Earlier, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director to Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, a member of the Senate Banking Committee. Mr. Bonham received his BA from Colby College in 1994, and MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2006.
