Ms. Kinzer became Deputy Director of Inspections in the National Office of the Division of Registration and Inspections in July 2009.  She also serves as Regional Leader of the Washington, D.C., regional office.  Ms. Kinzer joined the PCAOB in October 2003 as an Associate Director in the Division of Registration and Inspections.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Kinzer was a Partner at KPMG LLP.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, and is a certified public accountant, licensed in the State of Maryland.
