Category Descriptions
- A - Issued an audit report for at least one issuer
- B - Issued no audit reports for issuers but played a substantial role in the audit of at least one issuer
- C - Issued no audit reports for issuers, and did not play a substantial role in any issuer audits, but issued a report on the financial statements of at least one broker-dealer
- D - None of the above
- E - Has not yet filed a Form 2 Annual Report
To Sort Firms
To sort this list by firm, city, state, country or category, select from the "Sort By" drop down menu. The list will appear in ascending order. Click the arrow next to the drop down menu to change to descending order.
To Group Firms
To group this list by city, state, country or category, select from the "Group By" drop down menu. The groupings may be collapsed or expanded by selecting the "-" or "+" sign. The list will appear in ascending order, but can be changed to descending order by clicking the arrow next to the drop down box.
To Filter Firms
To further narrow the selections, filter this list by city, state, country or category. Select the “Filter” option to the left of the "Sort By" and "Group By" options, then choose from the drop down menu. Please note, filtering by city may show registered firms from both the United States and non-U.S. locations. Only filter by one option at a time.
