The Board holds Open Meetings regularly to consider and vote on PCAOB rulemaking and other activities. The meetings are announced at least five days in advance. They are held at the Board's headquarters in Washington, D.C., and are open to the public. The meetings also are Webcast live and available later to download as podcasts.
