Rebecca J. Mealey

Rebecca J. Mealey is Board Adviser to Board Member Mark A. Calabria and advises him on all matters that come before the Board.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Mealey was a Managing Associate Director in the PCAOB’s Division of Enforcement and Investigations where she led and conducted investigations of possible violations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, PCAOB rules, applicable federal securities laws relating to the preparation and issuance of audit reports, and professional standards. Ms. Mealey joined PCAOB staff in 2010. 

Prior to joining the PCAOB staff, Ms. Mealey was an auditor of both public and private companies in various industries, including technology and aerospace and defense, at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Mealey earned a B.S. in accounting from Virginia Tech. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia.
