Addison Scott

Addison (Addi) Scott is an Audit Practice Fellow in the Office of the Chief Auditor (OCA) at the PCAOB. In this role, she supports standard-setting and research projects and assists in the development of staff guidance.

Prior to joining the PCAOB in September 2026, Ms. Scott spent more than eleven years in public accounting at Ernst & Young (EY). Her experience included three years as a resident in EY's Professional Practice Group, where she focused on the development and deployment of audit methodology, as well as the implementation of new and revised PCAOB, AICPA, and international auditing and quality management standards. She subsequently returned to EY's assurance practice, where she served as a Senior Manager on integrated audits of public issuers.

Ms. Scott holds a Master of Accountancy, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from the University of Arkansas. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Arkansas.
