Zian Xi

Zian Xi serves as an Audit Practice Fellow in the Office of the Chief Auditor at the PCAOB. In this role, she supports the staff in standard-setting and research projects and staff guidance activities.

Prior to joining the PCAOB in July 2026, Ms. Xi was a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s national office, where she focused on matters related to audit transformation, data and technology, and artificial intelligence. She also served as a consultation resource on topics related to audit evidence, audit sampling, and related parties.

Ms. Xi is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and Illinois. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University.
