PCAOB Cooperative Arrangements with Non-U.S. Regulators

The PCAOB often enters into formal cooperative arrangements with foreign audit regulators in order to minimize administrative burdens and potential legal or other conflicts that non-U.S. firms may face in their home countries. In many cases, cooperation under these agreements includes the PCAOB regularly carrying out inspections jointly with the home-country regulators. The PCAOB has signed cooperative agreements with the following non-U.S. regulators. Additional information is available to non-U.S. persons regarding how the PCAOB uses personal data received in connection with its regulatory activities.
