William F. Wiggins

William F. Wiggins, senior deputy chief administrative officer, manages and coordinates the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer and provides senior level support, analysis, and strategic direction across all functions within the Office of Administration, including budget, finance, human resources, strategic planning, facilities, and internal communications.

Mr. Wiggins has held numerous senior administrative positions during his tenure at the PCAOB, including budget director, assistant chief administrative officer, deputy chief administrative officer, and interim human resources director.

Mr. Wiggins joined the PCAOB in 2006, after eight years with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He rose to chief management analyst within the then-Office of the Executive Director and focused primarily on administrative matters, and the formulation and execution of the SEC's annual budget and authorization requests. Prior to the SEC, Mr. Wiggins worked at the Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President of the United States. 

Mr. Wiggins earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a master's in Public Policy from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
