Saad M. Siddiqui

Saad Siddiqui, Ph.D., CPA, works as a Senior Financial Economist in the Office of Economic and Risk Analysis at the PCAOB.  In this role, he works with inter-disciplinary teams dedicated to standard-setting activities, risk assessment, and conducting empirical research. Dr. Siddiqui’s research interests include accounting and auditing issues, regulation, and market failures.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, Dr. Siddiqui was a Senior Associate at Horne, LLP and an instructor for Becker CPA Review. He also teaches auditing theory as an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University.

Dr. Siddiqui received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of South Alabama and Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
