Suzanne Kinzer


Suzanne Kinzer, chief administrative officer, provides executive oversight to the Office of Human Resources, the Office of Finance, the Budget Office, and the Facilities Department within the Office of Administration. She was named to the position in December 2013.

In 2009, Ms. Kinzer was a deputy director in the Division of Registration and Inspections where she lead the operations team and oversaw budgeting, hiring, scheduling, and training. She also served as the division's liaison with the Office of Human Resources. In addition, she was the leader of the Washington regional office, and served as a resource on regional office operations. She joined the PCAOB in October 2003 as an associate director.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Kinzer was a partner at KPMG LLP.

She received a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and is a certified public accountant.
