The PCAOB offers high-quality, competitive benefits tailored to our employees' needs and expectations. Periodically, we review and modify our plans with the goal of continuous improvement. As a PCAOB employee, you'll enjoy the following benefits available to regular full-time and part-time employees:

401(k) and Retirement

The PCAOB offers a 401(k) retirement plan and employer match. When you participate, the PCAOB matches your contribution dollar for dollar, up to 7 percent of your salary. You choose how to invest your money from a selection of mutual funds and portfolio strategies. There is no vesting period. Your personal contributions and the employer-paid portion of the plan are yours immediately. Employees also may choose to make after-tax contributions and have an option to participate in a Roth 401(k) plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

The PCAOB provides employees 10 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays per year along with the ability to accrue up to 240 hours per year PTO for vacations, sickness, or to meet personal or family needs. The PCAOB also provides qualified employees additional paid time off for parental, military and bereavement leave. Our PTO plan gives you the flexibility you need to balance your work and personal life.

Medical Care

The PCAOB offers two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plans to meet the needs of our employees. Both plans allow you to reduce out-of pocket costs when you receive services from a network of participating providers. One plan offers more flexibility by requiring lower participant cost for the use of out-of-network providers.

The other plan has no deductible and no coinsurance when you use in-network providers, so that you may be able to further reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

Prescription Drugs

Prescription drug benefits are part of your medical coverage at no additional monthly charge. You pay only a copayment for covered medications. Mail order prescriptions for up to a 90-day supply are also available for additional savings and convenience.

Dental Care

Dental care coverage includes a broad range of services such as preventive care, fillings and restorative work, orthodontia (for children) and major services through the PPO network of participating providers. You also have coverage for services, at a reduced rate, if you choose a dentist outside the network.

The PCAOB also offers a dental option that provides a higher level of coverage such as a higher annual maximum, higher orthodontia lifetime maximum and orthodontia for adults and dependents.

Vision Care

You can elect a vision care benefit providing you and your family with up to 100% coverage for certain services.

Group Term Life Insurance and AD&D

In addition to company-paid life and AD&D insurance, you can purchase supplemental insurance for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner and children.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability

Short-term and long-term disability coverage offers financial protection for qualifying employees who are unable to work because of an injury, illness, pregnancy, or disability.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is a comprehensive life-management resource, counseling, and informational support system available to you and your dependents.
