I am delighted that Steve Harris will be joining the PCAOB. His key role in developing the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which established the Board and guides its programs, will be a tremendous asset in furthering our mission to protect investors. He has unique insight into our mission and will be a terrific addition to the Board.
