Standards Advisory Group Nominator Form

The Board approved the formation of a new Standards Advisory Group (SAG) that further expands the PCAOB’s stakeholder engagement and provides new opportunities for investors and other stakeholders to advise the PCAOB on the development of auditing and related professional practice standards.

This form should be used only to nominate an individual to serve on the SAG. Please use the Nominee Form to nominate yourself to serve on the SAG.

In order for the nominee to be considered for appointment to the SAG, the candidate will be required to submit a nomination form, which will be sent to the nominee for completion.

The PCAOB Chairperson Duane DesParte announced that he has directed staff to reassess the organization’s stakeholder engagement efforts. Given this reassessment, the nominations process for membership in the recently announced Standards Advisory Group is being paused. Submitted nominations will be considered once the reevaluation of the framework and composition of advisory groups is completed, and additional nominations may be solicited at that time.
