Ellen Graper is Board Adviser to Board Member George R. Botic and advises him on all matters that come before the Board.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Graper was a partner at a consulting firm providing advisory services to accounting firms registered with the PCAOB. Her practice focused on the implementation of quality management standards, serving as the independent consultant in response to regulatory settlements, and assisting accounting firms navigate the PCAOB inspection and enforcement processes.

From 2003 to 2017, Ms. Graper worked within the PCAOB’s Division of Registration and Inspections. For almost a decade, Ms. Graper managed the remediation process for all but the 10 largest registered accounting firms worldwide and authored the PCAOB policy manual for non-affiliated firm remediation. Earlier in her career, she was a senior manager with Deloitte.

Ms. Graper is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received a B.S. in business administration from Boston University.
