Emerald P. Greywoode, a member of the Office of the Chair, is the Senior Counsel to the PCAOB’s Chief of Staff, Omid Harraf. Working closely with Chair Williams, Mr. Harraf, Board Members, and staff, she advises on all matters that come before the PCAOB and on its management.

Ms. Greywoode is a financial services attorney with experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to serving as Special Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission, she was a litigator and white-collar defense attorney at a law firm in Washington, DC. Immediately prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Greywoode served as in-house counsel for an insurance company, primarily advising its subsidiary broker-dealers and registered investment adviser. She has also interned in the House Financial Services Committee and in the Senate.
