Holly Greaves is the PCAOB’s Chief Financial Officer. In that capacity, she is responsible for development of the PCAOB’s annual budget, financial planning and analysis, technical accounting policy, and financial systems development.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Greaves served as Chief Financial Officer of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she led a team of several hundred professionals to ensure the effective management and financial integrity of EPA’s resources and annual budget. She was responsible for preparation of the agency’s annual financial statements, annual budget and performance plan, and strategic plan. She also led the agency’s enterprise risk management efforts. Before joining the EPA, Ms. Greaves worked in public accounting.

Ms. Greaves earned a B.S. in accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. She has lectured for undergraduate and graduate level accounting courses at George Washington University and is a licensed CPA.
