Jennifer Donohue

Jennifer Donohue is Head of Strategic Communications to Chair Erica Y. Williams. In this role, Ms. Donohue helps tell the story of PCAOB’s work to protect investors.

Ms. Donohue has more than a decade of experience in high-stakes policy and political communications working for both Houses of Congress, the administration, and political campaigns. Before coming to the PCAOB, Ms. Donohue was Senior Communications Adviser at the U.S. Department of Justice. She previously served in U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Leadership office where she was Executive Director of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, and as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, then ranking member of the U.S. Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee from 2016 to 2020. Ms. Donohue started her career in communications with the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under then Chairman Max Baucus during the writing and passage of the Affordable Care Act.
