Juliann M. Ravas

Juliann M. Ravas is the Chief of Inspections Quality and Outreach in the Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI) serving in this role since 2024. She oversees the activities of the DRI inspections quality group, as well as outreach and communication efforts, and DRI’s international activities, including coordination with non-U.S. regulators, in conjunction with the PCAOB’s Office of International Affairs.
Since joining the PCAOB in 2010, Ms. Ravas has worked in a number of different areas of the PCAOB inspections’ programs. Starting in 2015, she spent three years as Associate Director in DRI’s national office, working on the inspections of non-U.S. firms in the global network firm program. Prior to that, she led and conducted inspections in both the non-affiliated firm and global network firm inspections’ programs of non-U.S. firms in numerous jurisdictions while working with a number of different foreign regulators. In 2018, she was appointed as the National Associate Director of Outreach and International Coordination.
Ms. Ravas is currently the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR) Inspections Findings Survey Task Force Leader.
Prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Ravas worked more than 15 years in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Her public accounting experience includes four years working on an international assignment in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant.
