Julie Edwards

Julie Edwards is Board Adviser to Board Member Christina Ho and advises her on all matters that come before the Board.

 

Ms. Edwards was most recently a Director at CohnReznick LLP providing advisory services in the firm’s Government and Public Sector practice. In this role, she served clients by developing and leading a quality assurance program, as well as leading internal controls assessments related to the CARES Act.

Previously, Ms. Edwards spent several years working abroad, providing executive management advisory services, including strategic planning and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance. In other career roles, she served as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Government-wide Accounting for the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Management Service, which is now Fiscal Service. She also worked for the Treasury’s Office of Financial Stability and led SOX internal control audits for various financial services clients at Deloitte.

Ms. Edwards has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
