Keith Young

Keith Young is the Chief of Audit Intelligence of the Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI). In this role, Mr. Young is responsible for overseeing DRI’s management and utilization of audit profession and inspection information to enhance audit quality and protect investors. He also provides strategic oversight around technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to innovate inspection activities.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, Mr. Young was a Partner at EY in its Atlanta and Boston offices. During his tenure at EY, Mr. Young served clients implementing technology and process solutions for business transformation and regulatory compliance mandates. He also held senior roles in practice leadership, innovation development, and account management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Young worked at Oracle Consulting, where he led implementations of accounting and financial reporting systems.

Mr. Young earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, majoring in accounting, with a concentration in information systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and Florida.
