Lorene Rosenberg is the PCAOB's Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, she serves as the function head for the Enterprise Strategy and Project Management Office, reporting to the PCAOB’s Chief Operating Officer. The CSO is responsible for strategic plan oversight, the project management office, and business process innovation.

Before joining the PCAOB in June 2022 as the Strategic Plan Oversight Associate Director, Ms. Rosenberg was a Senior Business Program Manager in the Enterprise Strategy Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she provided program and project management support for key enterprise-wide Bank objectives. Prior to this role, she was the Manager, Talent Management in Human Resources where she managed talent management operations and the development and implementation of organization-wide talent management process and programs for Bank managers and staff.

Prior to her tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ms. Rosenberg worked for Asea Brown Boveri as the North America Manager of Performance and Talent Management, and before that role, the North America Manager of Learning and Development.

Ms. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hunter College and a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
