Pamela C. Dyson is the PCAOB's Chief Information Officer. In this role, she serves as the Director of the PCAOB’s Office of Data, Security, and Technology (ODST), reporting to the PCAOB’s Chief Operating Officer. She is primarily responsible for advising and assisting the Board on all aspects of technology at the PCAOB, including the organization’s strategy for enterprise information technology and data, change management, and process improvement initiatives.

Ms. Dyson has more than thirty years of information technology (IT) experience, including leading large-scale transformations related to application development, infrastructure and operations, and cyber and data management.

Before joining the PCAOB, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where as Head of the Technology Group she was responsible for the strategic planning and management of the Bank’s IT. She also served on the Bank’s Executive Committee.

Prior to her tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ms. Dyson was the Chief Information Officer and Director of the Office of Information Technology at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she managed all aspects of the Commission’s IT.

Ms. Dyson holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
