Tami Daughdrill

Tami Daughdrill is the Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for providing executive oversight to the Office of Enterprise Risk Management and for advancing the Enterprise Risk Management program. She oversees the organization’s risk management, business continuity, compliance, ethics, and information security programs.
Prior to joining the PCAOB, Ms. Daughdrill worked more than 20 years for the Federal Reserve System at both the Atlanta and New York Reserve Banks. Throughout her tenure at the Federal Reserve System, Ms. Daughdrill led a variety of areas including Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, Payment System Risk, Discount Window Lending, Accounting, and Treasury Auction operations. She also served as the secretary for the Federal Reserve System’s Information Technology Oversight Committee, responsible for executive level oversight of information technology services and support.
Ms. Daughdrill earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. She is an accredited business continuity professional and has lectured at industry and regulatory conferences in the areas of risk management and business continuity.
