PCAOB Teleconference — Using Technology to Submit Form AP
PCAOB information technology staff will discuss the filing of the new Form AP, which firms are required to use to comply with Board rules for the disclosure of names of engagement partners beginning January 31, 2017, and other accounting firms that participated in audits of public companies beginning June 30, 2017.
The call is intended to address questions about the process for submitting an individual Form AP using a web form or submitting multiple forms at once using XML. Other than questions posed by listeners, the content of the calls will generally be the same. Information about the rule itself will not be discussed.
The call is open only to PCAOB-registered firms and firms are required to sign up in advance using this form.
