At December 19 Open Meeting, PCAOB to Consider 2026 Budget
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) will hold an open meeting at 10:00 a.m. ET on Friday, December 19, 2025. At the meeting, the Board will consider the adoption of the PCAOB budget for the 2026 fiscal year.
If approved by the Board, the 2026 budget will be submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for approval, as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
The meeting will take place in the PCAOB’s Multi-Purpose Room (301) at 1666 K Street NW, Washington, DC. The public may also view the meeting via a livestream on the PCAOB’s event page, and a recording will be available after the meeting concludes.
