PCAOB Releases 2023 Annual Report

The PCAOB has released its 2023 Annual Report(PDF).

The Annual Report discusses how the PCAOB advanced its investor-protection mission during the year by making significant progress on its four strategic goals: Modernize Standards, Enhance Inspections, Strengthen Enforcement, and Improve Organizational Effectiveness.

The Annual Report also provides the PCAOB’s financial results for fiscal year 2023, including audited financial statements, the auditor’s report, and management’s report on internal control over financial reporting.
