Statement on PCAOB Service

I am honored to have served for the last four years as a Board Member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). In an era of rapid change, effective oversight of the audits of U.S. public companies is more important than ever to maintaining the integrity and strength of the American capital markets. I am proud of the work that the PCAOB has accomplished, and especially proud to have served alongside my fellow Board Members and the PCAOB’s extremely dedicated and capable staff.
