Note: In an integrated audit of financial statements and internal control over financial reporting, PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 2 states, in part, that "If, however, the auditor assesses control risk as other than low for certain assertions or significant accounts, the auditor should document the reasons for that conclusion." Accordingly, if control risk is assessed at the maximum level, the auditor should document the basis for that conclusion.
